Leading the business consulting arm of Virtus Health, I project managed the design/build and the acquisition of various Asian clinics and transitioned companies into the global business. I was also responsible for a European digital transformation project and led the commercialisation of a global staff training initiative.
In 2024, I launched The IVF Guide, providing top tier professional and start-up services for clinics, alongside free advisory and referral services to patients.
